Shipping & Pick Up

How long does shipping take?

Flat rate shipping for all orders Australia wide is available for $12.95.

Delivery timeframes may vary, but these are the guidelines offered by Australia post.

NSW: 2-4 business days

All other states: 3-7 business days

If you feel your order is taking longer than these standard shipping times, please feel free contact us.

We currently do not ship overseas.

How do I choose local pick-up?

The option for free local pick-up is available at check out. Please ensure you provide your email address and best contact number so we can get in touch to book your collection time.

Pick up is by appointment only at our Warners Bay Studio.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare your order for collection.

What if my item(s) are damaged in transit?

We take great care to pack every handmade order, but occasionally things happen during shipping that are beyond our control.

If this is the case, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package and we will endeavour to provide a suitable solution within 24-48 business hours.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving your products. Our product return policy is outlined below.

What is the returns policy?

Mēve Home can accept returns within 14 business days from when the consumer physically receives the product. If products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Postage is non-refundable on change-of-mind refunds and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping. If you decide to return your order, please ensure you use registered post and supply us with the tracking number so we can confirm receipt and the condition of goods on arrival.

If your return is not received by us or goods are not in their original condition, we are not able to issue a refund.

If goods are received in original condition, your refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours.

Can I make an exchange within 14 days?

If a product is unopened and returned to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days, we can make an exchange for any other in stock item of equal value.

Please be aware that exchanges are only available to local customers within the greater Newcastle area who can visit our studio and make their new selection in person.
